Women’s Circles
I don’t believe we are meant to do this life alone
I offer Women’s circles in Wiltshire and online. These are beautiful spaces offering a chance to slow down, soothe and surrender to the seasonal shift, with meditations, sharing, words of wisdom and moments of discovery.
Gathering in community with other women reminds us that we are not alone, it connects us to something larger than ourselves and brings valued support by walking alongside our sisters.
A women’s circles is a safe and sacred space for women to gather; a space of non-judgement, a space to come home to youself, and to see yourself in the reflection of another. A space to remember your power, and to support each other in remembering theirs.
Women’s circles offer the chance to develop a regular practice of self-reflection, connection with nature and the seasons, the opportunity to look deeper within and the space to sit in sisterhood with women, in a safe container of ritual and belonging.
Online circles from the comfort of your own home
Experience the magic of coming together in community, without leaving the comfort of your own home with an online women’s circle. Together with my friend and fellow Maturation Coach Sarah Matlock, we will create a soothing and tranquil virtual space for us to share, and to be witnessed in all our beautiful humanness.

In-person circles in the heart of Wiltshire
In the comfort of a beautiful cosy cotswold living space, we will gather together to slow down and remember the essence of who we are.
Acknowledging the cycle of the year and the inner seasons of our lives we will reconnect to ourselves and to each other.
Each session include grounding exercises, meditation and a safe space to share whatever is moving for you.
£15 per 90minute session to include a soothing hot drink
£7-22 sliding scale
I like to use a sliding scale to widen access to my work and ensure all can benefit, regardless of their financial position.
Financial injustice is in the fabric of our economy and means many of those who would benefit from this type of support and holding, struggle to justify the cost. I don’t believe that having access to support should be a privilege which is why I like to offer a sliding scale.
The standard price reflects the true cost of delivering my programmes. I offer an increase on this for those who are in the privileged position of being able to pay-it-forward as well as subsidised places for those who need financial support. I won’t ask you to prove your income or share any financial information; instead I offer you my trust to support others by practicing honesty.
